ማሕበር፡ መጽናዕትን ምርምርን ንህንጸት ሕብረትሰብ፡ ማሕበረሰብን ደውላን የተኲር። መጽናዕትታት ማሕበር ንመሰረታት ደሞክራሳዊት ብልጽግትን ሰላማዊትን ኤርትራ ምንጺ ፍልጠትን ሓገዝ ክኸውን ትጽቢት ይግበረሉ። መጽናዕትን ምርመራን መንኰርኰር ስለ ዘድልዮ ርእይቶን ዳግመ ርእይቶን (View and Review) ዝተስምየ መጽሄት ከቕውም እዩ። ማሕበር ምስ ተመሳሳሊ ዝምባለ ዘለዎም ትካላት ኣብ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ክተሓባበር እዩ። ከምኡ እውን ማሕበር ኩነታት ናይዚ ተነካእን ስትራተጂካውን ዝዀነ ዘቦና ክከታተል እዩ። ብቐንዱ ግን ኣብዚ መድረኽ ዕላማ ማሕበር ኤርትራዊ መንግስቲ ኣብ ደገ ምትካል እዩ።
ከም ዝፍለጥ ኣብ ዝሐለፉ ዓሰርተታት ዓመታት ኣድማዕነት ይጒደሎ ደኣ እምበር ሃገራውያን ኤርትራውያን ንዓሳቢ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ተቋዊሞሞ እዮም። ድሕሪ ከንቱ ምብኻን ግዜን ጻዕርን ግን፡ ኤርትራዊ ድያስፖራ ንትኽለት መንግስቲ ኣብ ስደት፡ ቅኑዕ ኣገባብ ቃልሲ ምዃኑ ስለ ዝተገንዘበ ነዚ ክቡር ዕላማ ከዐውት ይቃለስ ኣሎ። ኣብ ጥጡሕ ኲነታት፡ ክልተ መንግስትታት ኣብ ሓንቲ ሃገር ክገልግሉ ኣይክእሉን እዮም ምባል፡ ቁሩብ ሓቅነት ኣለዎ -- ንበይኑ ግን ኣይኣክልን እዩ። ንምምራሕ ሓደ መንግስቲ፡ ክልተን ልዕሊኡን ፖለቲካውያን ሰልፍታት ክውደዳሩ ንቡር እዩ። ሓደ ብሕገ መንግስቲ ዘይመሓደርን ወግሐ - ጸብሐ ኣብ ኲናት ዝጥበስን ንዜጋታቱ ካብ ሃገሮም ዘባርርን ፖለቲካዊ ስልጣን፡ ሽም ደኣ ንድለየሉ እምበር መንግስትስ ኣይኰነን። መርገጺ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ፡ ኣብ ኤርትራ መንግስቲ የልቦን’ሞ፡ ኣብ ሰደት፡ ንህዝቢ ዝውክል መንግስቲ ይፈጠር ዝብል’ዩ። ስለ’ዚ ቃልስና ኣብ ደገን ውሽጥን ክሕይል ግድን እዩ። ከምኡ እውን ድሕሪ መንግስቲ ኣብ ስደት ምትካል ምስ ዓለምለኸዊ ማሕረሰብ ብምትሕብባር ዋሕዚ ኤርትራውያን ሰደተንያታት ንምግታእን ኣብ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ሰላም ንምስፋን ግደ ምጽዋትን ይክኣል እዩ።
3. ማሕበር ብኣባልነት ኤርትራውያንን ተሳትፎ ወጻእተንያታትን ይቐውም
ማሕበር ብነፍሱ ዝመሓደር፡ ሓራ ካብ ጽልዋ ሃይማኖታዊ ትካላትን ፖለቲካዊ ሰልፍታትን እዩ
ማሕበር ካብ ኣባላቱን፡ ግዱሳት ሰባትን፡ ትካላት ሰላምን ደሞክራስን፡ ህያባትን ብኣገባብ ገንዘብ ክቕበል መሰሉ ሕሉው እዩ
4. ማሕበር እዞም ኣብ ታሕቲ ተዘርዚሮም ዘለው መናብር ኣለውዎ ፥
ቀዳማይ መንበር ብመሰረት መትከላትን ሕግታትን ማሕበር ይመርሕ
ካልኣይ መንበር ንማሕበር የመሓዳድር
ሳልሳይ መንበር ንሰክረታርያ ይመርሕ
ሓለፍቲ ስክረታርያ ዝስዕቡ እዮም
ምሕደራ መርበበ-ገጽን ማሕበራዊ-መራኸቢታትንን (Website & Social media)

5.ኣኼባ ብንቡር ስርዓተ ኣኼባ (Parliamentary Rules and Regulations) ይካየድ
ሓደ ኣባል፡ ኣብ ምዱብ ኣኼባ ሰለተ እዋን ምስ ዝቦክር፡ ካብ ማሕበር ይእለ። ኣባል ኣቐዲሙ ከም ዝቦክር ምስ ዝሕብር ግን ምኽንያቱ ቅቡል ይኸውን
ኣባል ካብቲ ዝተሰለዓሉ ገንዘብ ኢድ ምስ ዘሕጽር ካብ ኣባልነት ይእለ
ኣባል ምስጢራት ስራሕ ምስ ዘውጽእ ይእለ
ኣባል ብደጋኣዊ ሓይልታት ምስ ዝምራሕ ይእለ
6.ምርጻን ድምጻን ኣባልነት
ተሞክሮን ፍልጠትን ኣብ ግምት ብምእታው ኣካየድቲ መንበራት ብስምምዕ ይምረጹ፣ፍልልያት ምስ ዝህልዉ ድማ ኣባላት ዬድመጹ
7.ኣስማት ኣባላት ማሕበር ኣብ ”ኣዋጅ ምርዳእ” (Memorandum of Understanding) ይርቛሕ
8.ሽማግለ ወረጃታት
ንጉዳያት ትስዓተ ወረጃታትን ወረዳታትን ዓድታትን ዝከታተል ሽማግለ
እዚ ሽማግለ ንኹሎም ኣብ ሰነዳትና ሰፊሮም ዘለዉ መትከላት መሰረት ብምግባር ንስራሕ
ሽማግለታት ተሞክሮን ክኢላታትን ከዐውት ይቃለስ
ንኹሎም ወረጃታት ኤርትራ ኣብ ሰፊሕ ሃገራዊ ሓይሊ ክቕየር ይቃለሱ
ኤርትራዊ ሃገርነት ኣብ ዜግነት እምበር ኣብ ዘየሎ ብሄርነት ከም ዘይምስረት የምህሩ
መሬት ናይ ዓዲ እምበር ናይ ወረጃን መንግስትን ከም ዘይኰነ የምህሩ
ኣብ ግዜ ብረታዊ ቃልሲ መሬት ዓድታት ህዝቢ ብሓይሊ ተመንጢሉ። ዕላማ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ነዚ ዘመተ ብፍትሓዊ ኣገባብ ምምላስ እዩ
ኣብ ታሪኽ ኤርትራ ወረጃታት ኤርትራ መሰረት ባዕለ ምሕደራ ነበሩ፡ ደንደሳቶም ድማ ብሕጊ ኣንዳባ ይሕለው ነበረ። ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝደሊ ወረጃታቱ ኣብ ንቡር ታሪኻዊ ቦትኦም ክምለሱ እዩ
ጸብጻቡ ንመሪሕነት ማሕበር የቕርብ
9. ዕማም ትካል ሙክራትን ክኢላታትን

ድሮ ተወዲቦም ዝነጥፉ ባይቶታት ወረጃ ብዝመረጽዎም መራሕቲ ይካየዱ
እቶም ገና ባይቶ ዘየቘሙ ወረጃታታት ብሓገዝ ኣካየድቲ ማሕበርን ሽማግለ ወረጃን ይውደቡ
ከም ቀዳማይ ስጒምቲ ንህልዊ ዓድታትን ባይቶታትን ወረጃታትን ኤርትራ ኣብ ስደት ኣብ ሓያል ህዝባዊ ወፍሪ ምቕያር እዩ
ወረጃታት መታሕትን ከበሳን መሬቶም ስለ ዝተመንጠለን፡ መሰረት መሰል ርእሰ ምሕደራን ስለ ዝተመንጠለን ንምቛም መንግስቲ ኣብ ስደት ኣትሪሮም ይቃለሱ

1. Name
Society of Eritrean Think Tank (SETT)
2. Purpose
The Society shall encourage research in the fields of Eritrean society, community, state, and national formation, as a basis for building a democratic, prosperous, and peaceful Eritrea. The Society shall seek to cooperate with similarly oriented institutions in the Horn of Africa, with the aim of studying the conditions for cooperation between the states of this strategic region. For this purpose, the Society shall establish a journal and other means of communication for spreading its research results. The Society has also the specific ambition of preparing the ground for the establishment of an Eritrean Government in Exile (EGiE).
The Eritrean Diaspora was engaged in opposition politics against the Eritrean Guerrilla State (EGS) for the past two decades without success. After wastage of time and effort, the Eritrean Diaspora, has come to the view that establishing a government in exile is the correct method of easing out the leaders of the Guerrilla State. The establishment of an EGiE is expected to prod Eritreans in exile and inside the country to agitate for a democratic Eritrean state. An EGiE on the ground can also facilitate cooperation with the international community in the task of checking massive Eritrean migration, and matters related to deterring war and promoting peace in the region of the Horn of Africa.
3. The Society shall be composed of Eritrean and other nationals who share the aims outlined in number two.
The Society is an autonomous organization free from dependence upon religious denominations and political parties. The Society shall be financed by membership fees, contributions from persons, and grants from foundations of peace and democracy.
4. The Society shall have the following guidance bodies:
The Executive Guide (EG) is responsible for think tank projects, from their development stage to their implementation. The EG is also responsible for policy and strategy guidance of the Society, as stated in the Purpose.
The Society has also a Vice Executive Guide, who shares the responsibilities of the Society, and acts on his behalf in his absence.
The Society has an Executive Secretary, who is responsible for our website, accompanied by the essentials of the social media.
An Organizational Secretariat is responsible for the registration of the names of the Eritrean Diaspora, accordance with the principle of Adis, Weredas, and Werejas (and towns) of Eritrea.
There shall be a treasure shall have a treasurer.
There shall also be persons responsible for the correspondence and documentation of the Society.
Members of the EC shall be selected by consensus and in accordance with their experience and expertise.
The Society shall have a journal known to be called “Views and Reviews” guided by an executive editor.
