3rd conference of Building Democracy in Eritrea is convening via Physical and Virtual modes, in London, UK, from 22 – 24 November 2022.
This conference is a follow-up of past Two conferences, April 2019 and July 2020.
During this three days' conference, the following researched papers will be presented and discussed by conference participants.

3ይ ዋዕላ ህንጸት ደሞክራሲ ኣብ ኤርትራ፡ ብኣካልን ማንዛዊን ኣገባብ ዘሳተፈ መንገዲ፡ ካብ 22 – 24 ሕዳር 2022፡ ኣብ ከተማ ሎንዶን ዓባይ ብሪጣንያ፡ ይካየድ ኣሎ።
እዚ ዋዕላ'ዚ፡ መቐጸልታ ዝሓለፉ ክልተ ዋዕላታት፡- ሚያዝያ 2019ን ሓምለ 2020ን ዝካየድ ዘሎ እዩ።
ኣብዚ ናይ ሰለስተ መዓልታት ዋዕላ፡ እዞም ዝስዕቡ መጽናዕታዊ ጽሑፋት፡ ብተሳተፍቲ ዋዕላ ክቐርቡን ክዝተየሎምን እዮ።

•  Eritrea international relations – update and reform ኤርትራ ኣህጉራዊ ዝምድናታት – እዋናዊን ጽገናን። (Mr Martin Plaut)

•  Eritrea international engagement (or lack of it) and how it can be improved ኤርትራ ኣህጉራዊ ጽምዶ (ወይ ስእነት)ን ብኸመይ ክመሓየሽ ከም ዝኽእልን። (Mr Ambassador Haile Menkerios)
ትርጉም ትግርኛ፡ ኣብዚ ጠውቑ።

•  Update by lessons from other countries ካብ ካልኦት ሃገራት ብዝረኸብናዮ ትምህርቲ እዋናዊ ሓበሬታ። (Meron Semedar)

•  Lessons learned from African countries ካብ ሃገራት ኣፍሪቃ እንመሃሮ ትምህርቲ። (Mr Akyaaba Addai-Sebo)


DAY-2 (23 November 2022)


•  Update on the status of the Eritrean economy and emergency recovery in the water, food security and energy sectors እዋናዊ ሓበሬታ ብዛዕባ ኩነታት ቁጠባ ኤርትራን ህጹጽ ምሕዋይን ኣብ ጽላታት ማይ፡ ውሕስነት መግብን ጸዓትን። (Dr. Mebrahtu Ateweberhan)

•  Emergency recovery: Challenges of social rehabilitation ህጹጽ ሕውየት፡ ብድሆታት ማሕበራዊ ሕውየት። (Dr. Amanuel Mehreteab)

•  Emergency recovery: Challenges of demobilisation ህጹጽ ሕውየት፡ ብድሆታት ምጥያስ ሰራዊት። (Prof. Kidane Mengisteab)

•  Emergency recovery: Rehabilitation of the financial sector ህጹጽ ሕውየት፡ ሕውየት ፋይናንሳዊ ጽላት። (Prof. Mengisteab Tesfayohannes)
